Not everyone is a maniac with a musket, sabre or linstock. Some are just plain ordinary civilians. Whether they get designated as being of significance in a scenario or are just plonked down as a bit of "scenery" they too have a role to play.

Front Rank Figurines produce four packs of Napoleonic Civilians and von Peter himself has got his mitts on them all. Of course this does not mean that they are all pigmented! The plan is to have the occasional figure in progress on the pigmenting desk so that the occasional pigment can be added to it while the pigmenting of more military subjects continues. It's only fair to say that to date the plan has only enjoyed limited success.
