von Peter himself

Military Obstacles

von Peter himself has always been a sucker for a nice piece of terrain. His envious eyes are constantly drawn to the grand style of terrain items. This isn't what is generally required however where the less glamorous types of terrain tend to be more useful for the average gaming encounter. By way of illustration a few ordinary peasants huts are more useful over a sequence of games than a couple of grand churches and a monastery. Not that one should totally close ones eyes to having a couple of grand churches and a monastery of course!

Being of a somewhat old fashioned disposition von Peter himself prefers his buildings to be manufactured in one of the multiple forms of resin that are available now a days. The latest fad of plywood or mdf buildings has as yet not stirred a craving within von Peter himself.

European Horse & Musket Buildings - 25/28mm

"European" is probably understating the case as many of these buildings could quite happily exist in certain non European theatres. And "Horse & Musket" is overly restrictive as the buildings could certainly be used in a post Horse & Musket conflicts and some in pre Horse & Musket conflicts. But apart from all of that the heading is good to go!

European village with optional suburb

First there was the European Village. And then there was the Late Medieval Village Set, building #3 which can either act as a a stand alone terrain feature or abut the European Village to make an extended European Village ... or a European Town perhaps. Whichever suits both models are featured here.

European late medieval building

Related to the European village and the optional suburb above by manufacturer and range. It even got pigmented by the same artist.

Church

Locally sculpted in New Zealand this church should really be based with a large cemetery attached given all of the casualties incurred both attacking and defending it!

Farmhouse & stable

Two more New Zealand products that can no longer be purchased. Such a waste! At least von Peter himself has them which is bound to make you all feel so much better. A-ha-ha.

Thatched cottage

This thatched cottage is evocative of Bavaria for von Peter himself. He may be right ... he may be wrong!

Eastern European buildings

For placing on the steppes. Or for Napoleons  Eastern European Tour of 1812.

Buildings - 15mm

The to date abortive 18mm Napoleonic project presented a need for suitably scaled buildings. The amassing of these went surprisingly well ... especially when compared to the creation of the armies!

Town buildings

These buildings have aspirations of existing in a more substantial urban environment, i.e. a town.
